This hydrocollator had gone through multiple cycles of heating and cooling which caused the  connection to slowly creep off the spade connector.  As you can see, the result was ugly (and stinky).

It's generally not a good idea to park the treatment table on top of the power cord.  Just sayin'.

This is what happens when you try to force the cable plug into the receiver without paying attention to the orientation.

I have absolutely no idea how they managed to accomplish this!
